In an enthusiastic atmosphere and in the presence of a large audience, the International Challenge Championship of kickboxing concluded at Al-Jalaa Hall in Damascus, which was set up by the Game Association, with the participation of eleven players from the teams of Iraq, Jordan and Palestine, in addition to eleven players from the Syrian team.
The results of the tournament in full contact style and according to the sequence of weights resulted in the victory of Ibrahim Jumaa and Suleiman Al-Haddar, both from Jordan and Abdul Karim Abdul Syria, while the K1 style competitions ended with the victory of Wael Al-Saeed, Muhammad Qaja’a and Sarah Ahmed from Syria, Abdul Aziz Al-Saleh from Palestine, Khaled Abdul Rahman and Shahuz Sabwan from Iraq .
Head of the Federation of Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Mixed Fighting, Manar Al-Bazra, pointed out in a statement to SANA the importance of the tournament because it is a good opportunity to increase the experience and develop the skill level of the players through contact with distinguished Arab players, indicating the importance of the large public attendance that accompanied the tournament competitions, which enabled us to shed light on Our sports are more.
A number of Arab participants pointed to the strength of the championship and the distinction of organization and arbitration, expressing their willingness to participate in the upcoming championships that will be held in Syria for the high level it offers on the tracks.
