The Red Star Belgrade is the champion of the Adriatic League.
At the end of a stormy and fascinating final that almost reached an explosion, lasting three and a half hours, the star defeats Partizan Belgrade 77:80, retains its title and also wins a ticket to the Euroleague next season.
The series reached its fifth game, hosted by the Red Star after each team had won twice in its home games.
3 minutes into the third quarter in a 39:39 situation the referees whistled a fourth foul to Nikola Kalinic, in response the crowd threw objects at the referees who fled to the locker room.
The referees announced that the game would not be resumed unless the audience was evacuated from the courtroom.
