A car thief messed with the wrong woman.
Anita Wlodarczyk, three-time Olympic hammer throw champion, has tackled it.
Warsaw - egg, egg, egg.
The car thief probably imagined it quite differently.
A man in Poland tried to break into a car with his sights set on the magnificent white specimen.
However, he had no idea of the history of the owner.
Anita Wlodarczyk is a professional athlete and has a lot of taste.
Three times Olympic gold, four world titles, four times European champion - and now also a hobby police officer.
But what happened?
Three-time Olympic hammer throw champion (London 2012, Rio 2016, Tokyo 2020) Wlodarczyk caught a car thief and injured herself.
The man tried to steal her car.
“I single-handedly arrested the thief and handed him over to the police.
Unfortunately, I paid for it with a muscle injury," the 36-year-old wrote on Instagram.
She will therefore have an operation on Monday.
The exact nature of the injury was not clear from the post.

Wlodarczyk, who last year in Tokyo was the first athlete to win Olympic gold three times in a row in one discipline, is considering whether she will later switch from the hammer throw ring to another.
"After my career, I think I will fight like our champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk in MMA or UFC because the perpetrator was injured," wrote the 36-year-old, not entirely serious.
The 36-year-old wants to win her fifth world championship title at the World Championships in Oregon/USA from July 15th to 24th.
It remains to be seen whether she will be fit again by then.
Another Olympic champion, on the other hand, had much nicer days.
