Hapoel Beer Sheva/Dimona announced today (Friday) the signing of center Russ Smith.
The player, who has made 26 appearances in the NBA in the New Orleans and Memphis uniforms, is a graduate of the University of Louisville (2014) and in the 2013 season he won the college championship title with her with 18.7 points, in his last season in the college league he scored 18.2 points per game.
Smith was selected 47th in the 2014 draft by Philadelphia, but as mentioned, his path in the best league in the world began in New Orleans and later in Memphis.
