The favorites win.

Bayern at Hertha, Dortmund at home against Bochum.

Leipzig and Frankfurt also have reason to celebrate in the league after advancing in the Champions League.

Berlin – FC Bayern has taken the lead in the Bundesliga for the time being with a win in what was at times a wild game in the Berlin Olympic Stadium.

The defending champion and record champion won 3: 2 (3: 2) at Hertha BSC in the comeback of national goalkeeper Manuel Neuer.

With 28 points, Bayern are now two points ahead of 1. FC Union Berlin (26), who can improve again on Sunday at Bayer Leverkusen.

Borussia Dortmund moved up to third place thanks to a 3-0 (3-0) win over VfL Bochum in the Revierderby.

RB Leipzig beat TSG 1899 Hoffenheim 3-1 (1-0) on Saturday, Eintracht Frankfurt won 2-1 (1-1) at FC Augsburg.

VfL Wolfsburg managed another away win with a 3-0 (1-0) win over 1. FSV Mainz 05.

There was a spectacle in phases in the Berlin Olympic Stadium!

The Munich team led 3-0 after Jamal Musiala's opening goal in the twelfth minute.

Within less than 90 seconds, Eric Maxim Chupo-Moting struck twice (37th and 39th).

But in return, Dodi Lukebakio (40th) scored the connecting goal.

Shortly before the break, after video evidence, the referee also decided on a penalty kick, which Davie Selke safely converted into the second Berlin goal.

Two goals conceded in the first half - that's not how national keeper Manuel Neuer imagined his comeback after seven games.

After the break, there was no goal at all.

In Dortmund, the district derby was quickly decided.

At 17 years and 350 days, Youssoufa Moukoko scored the eighth-minute lead and his tenth Bundesliga goal.

He is now the youngest player to score that many goals, replacing Leverkusen's Florian Wirtz, who was 18 years and 145 days old when he scored his tenth goal.

After Giovanni Reyna (12') made it 2-0 with a penalty kick, teenager Moukoko added his eleventh goal (45' + 2').

Everything was prepared for the return of captain Marco Reus in the second half.

The 33-year-old suffered a ligament injury in his ankle in mid-September and suffered a setback a month later after a short comeback.

Edin Terzic brought on the technician in the 67th minute.

The fans of the newly crowned Champions League round of 16 from Frankfurt, who are used to success, got an early mood dampener: After less than a minute, Eintracht was 0-1 behind in Augsburg.

Mergim Berisha scored for FCA.

Eintracht captain Sebastian Rode equalized in the 13th minute before Ansgar Knauff scored to make it 2-1 in the second half (64th).

It didn't last: Nkunku (57th) and Dani Olmo (69th) ensured Leipzig's first away win in the league after eight games.

In Mainz, the 1. FSV actually determined the events.

The goal was scored by the guests from Wolfsburg.

Patrick Wimmer took the lead in the 33rd minute.

Maximilian Arnold (70th) raised the ball against the slacking Mainz team with a flutter ball.

Ridle Baku (84th) set the final point - but as a former Mainzer he held back with the cheering.

Due to the victory, the Lower Saxony came within one point of the Rheinhessen in the table.
