"The most effective thing would be administrative fines that would be given by the police officers at the lot itself. The legislative procedure has not yet been completed, in my eyes this is something that can change the whole situation."
Regarding pyrotechnics, Deutsch added: "Our proposal is as far as this - using pyrotechnics will immediately lead to a reduction of points. Fines for teams do not deter fans. Reduction of points damages the identification of the fans with the team. Maybe it will not affect the hooligans, but it will affect the rest of the fans."
