World Champion Max Verstappen has secured pole position for the Formula 1 finale in Abu Dhabi.
The Red Bull driver relegated teammate Sergio Perez to second place on the brightly lit Yas Marina Circuit.
Abu Dhabi - For Verstappen it was the seventh pole position of the year.
Third in qualifying was Charles Leclerc in a Ferrari.
Aston Martin driver Sebastian Vettel managed to finish ninth on his last race for a starting position.
The 35-year-old ends his career after the Grand Prix on Sunday (2 p.m. / Sky).
