On its home floor, Denver went it alone for a long time, counting up to 20 units in the first half. Then, in the wake of Anthony Davis, author of 40 points, and LeBron James (26 pts), Los Angeles resurfaced to the point of coming back to three lengths in the last two minutes (127-124).
