Recipe for yogurt pancakes

Components

Base of the mixture:

  • Greek yogurt cup (130g)
  • 2 tablespoons flour (gluten-free)
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2-3 eggs according to (egg size)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Changes you can make:

  • Instead of sugar - 1 grated apple / half a mashed banana
  • Add a tablespoon of almond butter

Method of preparation

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until a smooth paste is obtained.
  • Over low heat, heat a pan and melt butter in it.
  • In one tablespoon take from the paste and place in a pan.
  • Wait until you see bubbles and turn the pancakes over.
  • After about a minute, remove to a serving plate (when you see that the other side is ready).
  • To serve

    • White cheese can be mixed with honey and a dash of vanilla extract and served alongside the pancakes.
    • You can also serve alongside the pancakes: honey, maple syrup, white cheese and more.
