On the night between Saturday and Sunday, October 28, 10, Israel will switch to winter time.
At 02:00 A.M., move the hands back one hour to 01:00 A.M. In doing so, we will actually gain an extra hour of sleep on a Saturday night night.
And for those who already miss it, daylight saving time will return to us on Friday, March 29, 3.

Interior Minister Moshe Arbel said of the possibility of extending daylight saving time: "The issue of extending daylight saving time was examined by professionals who recommended avoiding changes in a short period of time that could affect information and computer systems, including flight schedules. Based on their recommendation, it was decided to leave it intact. I wish the residents of Israel a healthy winter that will bring good news."

The first use of daylight saving time began with work practices in the Roman Empire that began at sunrise and ended at sunset. The Romans changed the length of their working hours according to the length or shortening of the day, creating what today we would call daylight saving time and winter time without naming it.
