Iran's Revolutionary Guards Commander Major General Hossein Salami said that the Iranian people will not surrender and will continue to resist US pressure and actions against their country.
While inspecting the border points in the province of East Azerbaijan, Salami explained that his country has decided to resist and this is the choice of the Iranian people and will continue until the enemies acquiesce to their will.
Major General Salami said economic resistance is possible through a boom in production, explaining that this is the way to overcome the current circumstances in the face of the strategy through which the enemy seeks to subdue the Iranian people and impose negotiations.
General Salami stressed that the Iranian armed forces are supervising the security of the entire border of the country and said that the security forces and border guard units provide security for all areas including the province of Azerbaijan.
