Minister of Water Resources Hussein Arnous said in a statement to reporters that this visit comes under the guidance of President Bashar al-Assad to get acquainted with the reality of the projects that were approved during the visit of the Prime Minister of the province and to review the needs of citizens, government agencies and institutions and provide services and infrastructure. For his part, the Minister of Electricity confirmed that Al-Buhamad station, which has a capacity of 20 MVA, has been completely sabotaged by terrorist organizations and has been rehabilitated through the ministry's workshops, rehabilitation of a transformer cell and a cell line and the completion of laying cables from the distribution yard to the control room. The delegation also visited the city of Ma'an educational complex and inspected the progress of the educational process in a number of schools, where the Director of Education in Raqqa Abdul Ilah Hadi that the number of schools in the governorate reached 125 schools, including about 23 thousand students were provided all the requirements for the success of the educational process.
The government delegation was briefed on the process of rehabilitation of Ma'adan City Council building and health services provided to citizens in Ma'adan and Hamdaniya health centers.
The delegation's tour also included an irrigation station in the village of Mugla, which irrigates 6,000 hectares of agricultural land and Sabkha water station, which is being rehabilitated and works at a capacity of 800 cubic meters per hour, concluding his visit to meet with managers of service departments and government institutions The reality of work and projects implemented and the most important needs of the province.
In turn, Minister of Local Administration and Environment Hussein Makhlouf pointed out that the government is working with all its capabilities to provide services to the families returning to their homes and villages in the areas liberated from terrorism, pointing out that the reality of the work of government institutions in the liberated countryside of Raqqa is moving in the right direction with the rehabilitation of basic infrastructure.
The Minister of Oil and Mineral Resources, Ali Ghanem, said that this visit comes to identify the service and developmental reality in the liberated countryside of Al-Raqqah governorate and the projects planned there.
The delegation was briefed upon the arrival of the city of Deir Ezzor on the rehabilitation of Port Said Street and attended the opening of the school Adel Haj Huneidi in the city.
The delegation was accompanied by Governor Abdul Majeed Al Kawakibi in Deir Ezzor and Raqqa Deputy Chairman of the Executive Office of the Governorate, Obaid Al Hassan.
