Spain will not extradite Hugo Carvajal

The Spanish National Court rejected the extradition to the United States of Hugo Carvajal, former director of the Venezuelan counterintelligence. According to the Hearing, it has not been possible to specify in which place or date the alleged crimes of which he was accused would have been committed. CNN contacted the United States Department of Justice to get their reaction to the decision, but so far we have not received a response.
