The sales of the General Company for Steel and Steel Products in Hama since the beginning of this year and until last September amounted to 10.737 billion.
The company's general manager, Eng. Ahmed Tanb, said in a statement to the SANA Economic Bulletin that the company's production has stabilized during the recent period after several measures have been taken. The company's share of scrap gradually to reach 2000 tons per month from the public sector currently in accordance with the agreement signed with the Syrian Committee for Metals and Investment.
It is noteworthy that the company is working to develop the factory to produce iron bars to reach 275 thousand tons per year, which will bring added value and increase in financial revenues.
