[London, 18th Reuters]-Goldman Sachs raised the probability of "agreed withdrawal" from 60% to 65% after the UK and European Union (EU) agreed on a new withdrawal agreement .
The draft agreement must be approved by the British Parliament.
The probability of “no agreement” has been reduced from 15% to 10%. The probability of not leaving the EU was left at 25%.
The basic scenario is that the agreed withdrawal will be realized by October 31st.
