Havana-Sana

Cuban President Miguel Diaz Canel has described the new US coercive measures aimed at restricting Cuba's exports and re-exports as a deficit.

"The United States is announcing new measures to strengthen the embargo against Cuba ... It is an expression of impotence, moral degradation and imperialist contempt," Diaz Canel was quoted by the RIA Novosti news agency as saying in a tweet on Twitter.

"These are inhumane, brutal and unfair acts that we firmly reject and will not give up and will respond appropriately," he said.

The United States of America continues to press Cuba against its policies of anti-hegemony and American dictates.
