Neither coup nor resignation, Luis Almagro says that in Bolivia there was "autogolpe"

The debate about the political crisis in Bolivia reached the plenary session of the Organization of American States on Tuesday. The positions were divided on whether it was a coup d'etat or not. The secretary general of the organization, Luis Almagro, ended the debate by denouncing that in Bolivia the coup had been generated by the Plurinational Electoral Tribunal when trying to “steal” the elections of last October 20 in favor of Evo Morales.
