KHARTOUM (Reuters) - Sixteen people were killed and dozens injured on Tuesday after a factory fire broke out in the Sudanese capital Khartoum.
A fire broke out in a tile-making unit in an industrial area in Khartoum, killing 16 people and wounding 90 in an initial toll, AFP quoted Sudanese sources as saying.
In turn, the Sudanese television pointed to "significant loss of life and property," noting that it was not clear the cause of the fire.
