Two people were killed and at least seven others were injured in a shooting attack by a gunman inside a US military base in the province of Scampia, Florida.
"One gunman opened fire at the Pensacola Air Force Base where he was confronted, killing him," the district chief's office said. Treatment ”without giving further information about the incident or the identity of the gunman.
The circumstances of the incident are still unclear.
The incident was the second of its kind in a week, when a US Marine shot and killed three civilian employees at the historic Pearl Harbor military base in Hawaii, killing two and wounding the third before committing suicide.
