Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Oleg Seromolotov discussed with the Iranian Assistant Foreign Minister for Legal and International Affairs Gholamhossein Dahkani cooperation in the fight against terrorism.
"The two sides exchanged views on the schedule of cooperation in combating terrorism, with a focus on global and regional terrorist threats, and discussed the status and prospects of Russian-Iranian cooperation in this field in bilateral form and on international platforms, first of all the United Nations," Sputnik quoted the Russian Foreign Ministry as saying in a statement today.
Dahqani is visiting Moscow in the framework of the Russian-Iranian consultations in the field of international information security.
