WASHINGTON - The US House of Representatives voted to limit US President Donald Trump's ability to do anything

Washington-Sana

The US House of Representatives voted to limit the ability of US President Donald Trump to take any military action against Iran in an effort by lawmakers to restore the role of Congress in wartime decisions.

According to Agence France-Presse, 224 deputies voted in favor of the decision, while 194 opposed it, noting that three Republicans voted in favor of the decision demanding the president not to take any military action against Iran without the approval of Congress.

The team, Qassem Soleimani, was killed last Friday in an assassination attack carried out by American planes near Baghdad International Airport, which also led to the death of Abu Mahdi Al-Muhandis, deputy head of the Iraqi Popular Mobilization and a number of their comrades.

The Air Force responded with a space to the Iranian Revolutionary Guards at dawn yesterday, targeting the Ain al-Assad base in western Iraq, in which American forces are present with two waves of ballistic missiles.
