The head of a Southern crime organization was arrested on Saturday on suspicion of involvement in an assassination attempt earlier this week in Ashkelon, during which a man in the city was lightly injured in a car explosion. The suspect will be arraigned during the night for a hearing on extending his arrest in court.
The incident happened Thursday, so many police forces reached the intersection of Begin-Frank Street. The injured person goes to the hospital independently, where he received medical assistance after his condition was mildly defined.
