Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers dispute the 54th edition of the National Football League (NFL) Super Bowl at Miami's Hard Rock Stadium. The game is broadcast by Fox Sports and ESPN chains for South America.
The two finalists of the contest managed to cut the streak of four consecutive finals to which the New England Patriots had acceded by the hand of their endless emblem, Tom Brady , for many the best quarterback in the history of this sport.
Now, those of Missouri and those of California have the responsibility of being at the height when fighting for the maximum trophy, the most watched sporting event in the United States and one of the most important in the world.
The Chiefs, who are the favorites to win the trophy, only got the title once (in 1970). In the case of the San Francisco 49ers (the team owes this name to the gold rush that was lived in 1849 in the city) they kept the contest five times: 1982, 1985, 1989, 1990 and 1995.
