(CNN) - The Kansas City Chiefs are the LIV Super Bowl champions, defeating the San Francisco 49ers 31-20 at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida.

Field Marshal Patrick Mahomes paved the way for Kansas City, throwing for two touchdowns and running for another.

Once again, the Chiefs came from behind to win, it's the third time this postseason that Kansas City overcame a double-digit deficit.

This is the second victory of the Chiefs Super Bowl in franchise history.
