The Bavarian Party (BP) also wants to move back to the Kochler municipal council. The candidates have now been nominated.

Kochel am See - While all other Kochler lists were made public when the nomination was made, the local branch of the Bavarian Party named its candidates for the local council in an internal nomination event and has meanwhile also submitted the election proposal, said top candidate Martin Haberfellner. This means that eight lists in Kochel advertise for 16 places in the municipal council.

Six candidates on the list of the Bavarian party

Haberfellner tops the six-person BP list. In second place is Korbinian Steinberger, who was also elected new local chairman this week. His predecessor Martin Haberfellner wants to concentrate entirely on the work as BP district chair. His goal: "We want to present the Bavaria Party more."

In Kochel, the local council wanted to “continue the good work of Josef Seemüller,” Haberfellner said at the request of the home newspaper. Seemüller himself did not want to run again in the municipal council election due to age and time reasons, it said. He had been elected to the Kochler municipal council for the Bayern party, which had started six years ago.
