This evening, Minister of Information Imad Sarah visited the media colleagues from Sama TV, Al-Alam and Al-Kawthar who were wounded as a result of being targeted by terrorist organizations in the southwestern countryside of Aleppo while covering the operations of the Syrian Arab Army and reassured their health status in the University Hospital in Aleppo, wishing them a speedy recovery.
The Minister of Information, in a statement to reporters after reassuring the safety of the media accompanied by the Governor of Aleppo Hussein Diab, pointed out that the situation of the media colleagues is reassuring and stable, stressing that the national media has been targeted since the beginning of the war launched against Syria, because the camera is transmitting the truth and they want to target this fact and silence it.
Minister Sarah stressed that what the media teams have been subjected to is a systematic targeting by the supportive axis of terrorism to silence the voice of truth and prevent it from transmitting the championships of the Syrian Arab Army and stripping the criminalization of terrorism with all its details and terrain, indicating that attempts to silence the sincere national media by targeting it is evidence of its role and presence in the right trench which is Trench the Syrian state and the Syrian Arab Army.
He said that the war media people are in the first ranks to monitor the army's victories and whoever chooses this path realizes its danger and they know that they may be subjected to the injury and martyrdom that we raise our head with, but we are determined to transfer the truth and be alongside the homeland and the Syrian Arab Army, sovereignty, dignity and pride.
Minister Sarah pointed to the passion of the war media people who love their work and their homeland and sacrifice for its pride and dignity.
The terrorist organizations deployed in the southwestern countryside of Aleppo targeted this afternoon cars carrying the media cadres of the Sama channel and the world and Al-Kawthar with a thermal missile that hit the correspondents of Al-Alam channel Dia Kaddour, the Sama channel Kinana Alloush, the cameraman of the Al-Alam channel Ibrahim Kahil and the cameraman of Al-Kawthar channel Suhaib Al-Masry, where they were transported to a hospital University Aleppo and provide the necessary treatment.
