EU Secretary of State Joseph Burrell warned Tuesday of Trump's peace plan.
Burrell, said: "It contradicts international agreements. Decisions that can be resolved through negotiation between the parties must be decided."
He exacerbated the tone compared to the EU response released last week, saying: "Steps towards applying sovereignty, if implemented, cannot pass without comment."

Last Sunday, the Kremlin also rejected the Centennial Plan and expressed formal reservations. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said "the plan is not in line with United Nations decisions and previous agreements."
Paskov added that "it is enough to see the Palestinians' response to the program and their disengagement.
