Paris SG did not tremble in Slovenia in the room of Celje (33-29) in the Champions League.

PSG was able to take advantage of the misstep at home of the Hungarians from Szeged to regain 2nd place in Group A by winning in Slovenia, in Celje (33-29), Sunday during the 11th day of the Champions League. Net winner in the first leg (27-18), PSG logically led to the break (17-13) but experienced a deadlock at the start of the second period.

Behind a defense that had lost all physical impact, the three-color international doorman Vincent Gérard could not stop the return of the Slovenes (20-21, 39th). The Parisian executives then restored order, the Spanish international doorman Rodrigo Corrales at the head. The Dane Mikkel Hansen (4 goals) or the French Nikola Karabatic (3 goals) drew on them the defense to free spaces for the Polish pivot Kamil Syprzak, 9 goals, his best total in the Paris jersey.

With this 9th success, PSG has 18 points three days before the end of the group stage, tied with the Hungarian club Szeged, held in check by the Danes of Aalborg on Saturday (26-26). The gain of the 2nd group place, which offers the possibility of receiving in the quarterfinals after the playoffs, should be decided next Sunday, in Szeged, where the Parisians easy winners are expected to go (30-25).

But beware Szeged is the only one to have dropped the leader Barcelona (31-28), it was on the 1st day. Barça (18 points also), should not know any difficulties to regain the lead of the group alone in the evening, on the road with the Norwegians from Elverum (1v, 1n, 8d).
