Spitzingsee - The incident occurred, according to police, during night skiing on Friday evening at the Stümpfling chairlift. At 7.40 p.m., a 26-year-old Dutchman overlooked a nine-year-old girl from Haar near Munich driving in front of him. There was a collision on the slopes. Both people fell.
The accident slightly injured the girl in the mouth and pelvic area. Fortunately, the child wore ski helmets, according to the police. Criminal proceedings for negligent bodily harm now await the person causing the accident. The Miesbach police inspection has launched an investigation into this.
