According to the Syrian Center for Human Rights, the bombing has hit Iranian militia sites from the 91st Brigade, in the vicinity of Kassaw township, in the 75th Brigade in the village of al-Makilvia west of Damascus, in the military airport of Maze, and in the Center for Scientific Research in Damascus.

The Syrian center reportedly emphasized that a large number of missiles had hit targets, and as a result, fires broke out in those places. It is also claimed that Syrian defense systems intercepted only some of the missiles, but not most of them. Later, the center reported that at least 12 people from the Revolutionary Guards and pro-Iranian militias were killed in the attack.
