In the midst of the internal political sound within his coalition of government for the alleged existence of "political prisoners," the president said Thursday that the judicial reform promoted by his government is not aimed at "removing" judges or " take causes "to magistrates.

"I would like a federal justice that is dedicated to doing justice above all things and forgetting politics," Alberto Fernández said in a radio interview.

The president warned that the project "is ready" and, although he excused himself from advancing its content, he reiterated that his government is not going to "remove any judge or take any cause from anyone".

"We need justice that acts against organized crime and corruption crimes, instead of persecuting politicians , this is what happened in the last four years; we want a justice that works well, a federal justice that does what has to do but put your efforts against drug trafficking and organized crime, "he said.

"We have to have federal justice that addresses these issues and forgets politics," Fernandez insisted.

The mentioned judicial reform was announced by the president in his speech of assumption before the Legislative Assembly, on December 10. In one of the most vibrant procedures of his speech, Fernández raised the tone: " Never again to a justice contaminated by intelligence services, judicial operators, obscure procedures and media lynchings . Never again to a justice that decides and pursues according to political winds of the power of the day. Never again to a justice that is used to settle political discussions, nor to a policy that prosecutes dissent to eliminate the adversary on duty. I say it with the firmness of a profound decision: Never again is it ever again ", he pointed.

"To overcome this wall that the only thing that has guaranteed in Argentina is structural impunity, in the next few days we will send to Parliament a set of laws that enshrine a comprehensive reform of the federal justice system," he finally announced.
