Chef Tom Aviv, who owns the successful restaurant "Coco Bambino" and the "Pat Cao" hamburger, jointly launches with his partners Uri Raz and Itai Biton, two new places that are the product of the expansion of cooperation with the butcher Sagi Trigger.

First place is the premium butcher "Butcher Shop" in Sharona which becomes a real meat restaurant and will be called "Butcher & Tom Butcher Shop". The second place is a burger and meat restaurant that will open in Rishon Lezion and be called "JANGO".

The partner group, named "Coco Group", is made up of chef Tom Aviv, Uri Raz and Itai Biton, partners with Coco and Pat Cao, and butcher Sagi Trigger. Now, in fact, the group doubles places below it, rising from two places to four in total.

"Trigger & Tom Butcher Shop": This is a butchery and premium dish where diners will find quality meats such as Nebraska steak on the bone, a local entrékot farm to table meal, top 10-12 year old Holstein varieties and other top quality meat growers in Israel and around the world.
