Police said that three people took turns driving 2 private cars around a red private car in the parking lot, hovering around at high speeds, making dangerous moves, and attracting more than 20 people in the city to watch the scene.
Two of the private cars involved illegal modifications, including dead air hoses, air flaps and wheels, and all of them were dragged to the Tai Lam Car Inspection Centre for detention. Three drivers were arrested for dangerous driving during the incident.
