WG community peace continues to be the strongest force

With five seats (previously nine), the WG Gemeindefriede remains the strongest force. It secured 34.8 percent of the vote. The previous plenary members Max Klinger (1300 votes), Markus Scharl (895) and Josef Brückl (838) as well as Martin Lenz (811) and Franziska Wiester (649) were elected.

The CSU / party-free candidate secured the four surrendered seats. These are the losing candidate for mayor Hermann Hofer (1323 votes), Astrid Hellinger (previously community peace; 1309), Christine Wiest (901) and Konrad Zollner (815). Overall, the CSU booked 31.3 percent for itself.

With three councils, the travel list of places has lost one candidate for the municipal council, but with Reinhard Huber he is the new mayor and has received 22.8 percent. Councilor Hedwig Strobl was re-elected with 477 votes. After a six-year hiatus, Josef Straßer moved back to the board with 378 votes. However, Benjamin Groß achieved the best result with 746 votes. The former municipal councilor Johann Schwarz is no longer included. His 325 votes were not enough. Reisen's local spokesman Korbinian Mayer, who has been a member of the plenum since 1996, no longer ran. Wolfgang Lenz, Paul Wiester, Johann Scharl jun. Also stopped. and Josef Schmidt (all community peace). The place list Gaden claimed its two seats and came to 11.2 percent. Angela Fodermair-Hasenhündl achieved the best result on her list with 590 votes. She receives support from Helga Niedermayer (434). Franz Wurzer, who has been on the municipal council for 36 years, had not run for office. The turnout was 59.9 percent.
