The Ministry of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection called on its directorates in the governorates to tighten control and follow-up on the work of all tourist ovens to continue providing tourist bread, sweets, cakes and all pastry products.
The ministry stressed in a statement that Sana received a copy of it today on the necessity of checking its directorates on the work of the ovens and taking the necessary legal measures against any oven that stops working according to Law 14 of 2015 and in the event of a repeat of the violation, the license will be canceled and the registration of the oven will be completed in order to complete the precautionary measures to address the new Corona virus. .
The Ministry also issued a decision to form committees to determine the prices of tourism ovens products in all governorates headed by a member of the executive office of the provincial council responsible for the catering sector and membership of both the Director of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection or his representative during his work and a representative of each of the Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Chambers of Commerce and a representative of craftsmen Head of the Prices Department in the Internal Trade and Consumer Protection Directorate in the governorate.
The decision clarified that the task of the committee is to study the costs and determine the prices of the products of "tourist bread, cakes, sweets, sweets of all kinds and all spatially produced materials and is considered effective from the date of its issuance.
