Bordeaux: four young people prosecuted for having forced a mentally handicapped person into prostitution

Four young people, including a minor, were indicted in Bordeaux for aggravated pimping on vulnerable person and forcible confinement, suspected of having forced a mentally handicapped 28-year-old to prostitute himself in his apartment, we learned on Monday parquet.

It is a "client" of the victim, domiciled in Cenon, in the suburbs of Bordeaux, who reported the facts to the police, according to the same source.

The four suspects are two girls and a boy between the ages of 18 and 22 and a 17-year-old boy. Three of them were placed in pre-trial detention on Saturday and the other requested a deferred debate before the liberty and detention judge to be held on Tuesday.

Judicial information had been opened Thursday of the heads of "pimping aggravated by the vulnerability of the victim and kidnapping intended to facilitate the commission of a crime or an offense with release before the 7th day".

According to local press, the alleged torturers had taken up residence with the young woman, who they had raped and deprived of food. The abuse allegedly lasted for about a week.
