The Italian Civil Protection Agency announced that the deaths caused by the "Covid 19" epidemic in Italy decreased to 242 today, compared to 262 yesterday.
Reuters quoted the agency as saying in a statement today that the daily number of new cases also decreased to 789 cases, down from 992 yesterday.
The total number of deaths since the emergence of the disease caused by the Corona virus reached 31,610 cases, which is the third highest number in the world after the United States and Britain, while the total confirmed cases reached 223,885 cases, which is the fifth highest in the world after the United States, Spain, Britain and Russia.
