Municipal: no obvious effect of the vote on the epidemic

Participation in municipal elections does not seem to have had a measurable influence on the spread of the virus.


On March 12, the President of the Republic announced in a historic speech that the Covid-19 epidemic " is the most serious health crisis that France has known in a century ". There are then less than 3000 confirmed cases and about sixty deaths "only" but the exponential dynamic is initiated and the epidemiologists are formal: if nothing is done to stop it brutally, it will continue inexorably.
