I've already written here quite a few times about my love for the shipment of packages that arrive half or nearly ready, leaving you ten minutes or fifteen hours of work and most of the time to lie to yourself that you stood and cooked. However, I enthusiastically forgot that I also have a lazy reputation for preserving, so when ordering the Slash Package from Corduro in Neve Tzedek, close to my quarters, I chose the usual and standard option to get the food hot.

I did not go to visit Cordero during the pre-Corona period, although I certainly intend to do so when we return to normal. It's not exactly the restaurant to go to after a grueling day of work, but only at festive events, and its pricing is definitely in line.

You will get my opinion on luxury restaurants when they are, in the meantime we will deal with shipping. Which was pretty fancy, and mostly included one stupid decision of mine. On the restaurant's website you can find six types of enclosures, which cost quite a bit but the value is quite accordingly. First, mainly bread and even a bottle of wine.

I chose the "Premium Double" package and these are the things I got: fresh and delicious brown bread, which is already a pleasant surprise because usually the only thing to expect from a bread that comes in the restaurant is that it will not be tasty and just pass the time until the food arrives. For starters, black lentil salad and burnt eggplant was selected which was excellent but large and filling like a main course and chicken liver feta which was nice but too sweet, more towards the dessert than the first.

For starters, the baked and smoked salmon dish was simply delicious, I have no pictorial way of describing this dish. Everything was right, the fish was very pink and its sauce too, and the potatoes came just right and didn't dry out.

The second major I chose was dropping cattle, which is also the stupid decision I wrote about at the beginning of the article. There are a very limited number of foods that are not worth ordering in shipping, beef fillets are one of them. I called and begged for it to come in as much red as possible so it didn't cook, calmed me down and promised it would be fine, and really was fine. Which means more than fine, was very tasty. 200 grams of meat that made them feel better, and saved me from eating sucks and a little self-hatred.

Easy rest, button opening, air conditioner lighting and dessert. This is a lemon meringue that surprised me for two reasons. The first, it was not written that he was coming, and the second, that I was not a fan of the genre and yet I attacked him and did not even leave proof that the plastic box once had some food. So it was fun, and basically all that's left now is just to wait: 1. Restaurants 2. Events 3. Restaurant events, and we can meet there. Easy and simple.
