We demanded and fought for the fact that even in the junior high, seventh-grade teachers would not have to extend the school year, but the tribunal accepted the state's position that the agreement made with the Teachers 'Union is binding and therefore does not comply with the teachers' organization.

"The achievement of the organization, even though it was only in the 10th grade, also actually solved the problem of middle school teachers that the addition of days decided by the Teachers Union together with the state in the middle schools is conditional on days in the 10th grade, since we managed to avoid extra working days for the 10th grade For the Teachers' Federation, however, to cancel the extra school days for middle school teachers, so our victory is also a victory for middle school teachers, we will continue to stand by you.
