The apparent appointment of Prof. Gabi Barbash to the Corona Projector is in line, but let us not be confused: not from him, worthy and talented as he may be, will salvation come. The event of the closure and opening of the restaurants yesterday illustrated most of all: the current government, the one that is supposed to manage the serious crisis, is mainly a chaos government. The prime minister, who until the formation of the nightmare government sat alone on the driver's seat, discovered that over time others came, installed a steering wheel attached to the wheels, and began to turn in all directions.

The corona crisis, which was supposed to be conducted like a war event, is being led by the government, the Knesset and government officials like a local town in a third world country. Netanyahu has never been frontal in the limits of power as he is now encountering them. At every crossroads, politicians from the hostile coalition, the militant opposition and the reluctant officials lurk for him, sticking sticks in every possible wheel. And Netanyahu, who has long since passed the stage of knocking on the table and should now be in the stage of turning the table on their head, continues to proceed with convoluted caution, overcoming obstacles instead of entering them head-on, and as a result we all contract.

Not only the result is problematic, but also the way. Despite the media statements and the presence of the Prime Minister, the Minister of Health and others in front of the cameras in an attempt to explain the moves, the steps taken by the government are incomprehensible, sometimes illogical, and encourage civic chaos of disobedience and loosening of discipline.

Corona committee chairman Yifat Shasha-Biton may be exaggerating with her opposition to the government's moves, but the government also had to internalize the new rules of the game, lay down its swords and threats, and come to the committee's deliberations equipped with more convincing arguments and clear data to substantiate them. Let them realize that this is not the time for small and petty politics, and understand that the automatic stand-up with anyone who tweets against Netanyahu, in the Knesset and government officials, is ridiculous, transparent and at the same time - also dangerous.

This may not be popular to say, especially in Tel Aviv and its Galilee, but even the hallucinatory demonstrations, which become frequent from week to week, have long been an environmental nuisance and a crazy infection festival, which only due to the weakness of the chaos government continues and intensifies. The protesters, who claim that the prime minister is acting against democracy, are taking advantage of the government's fear to justify the finger-sucking campaign. They take to the streets, claiming a dictatorship - under the auspices of the excess democracy that the government is pouring over them without any justification.
