The health authorities in Russia recorded 4,870 infections and 90 new deaths from the emerging coronavirus during the past twenty-four hours.
The Russian Center for Coronavirus Control stated in a statement that the death toll from Coronavirus has reached 9,46976 today, while the total deaths reached 16,189, and 5,817 people recovered from the disease during the past 24 hours, bringing the number of recoveries to 761,330.
And the health authorities in Russia have recorded a decrease in the number of injuries in recent weeks.
In the same context, the director of the Russian Fund for Direct Investments, Kirill Dmitriev, announced that the tests campaign scheduled to take place after the registration of the anti-corona virus vaccine will be officially launched early next week and will be applied to 40,000 people in Russia, noting that these tests will be "double, automatic and exploratory."
Dmitriev added that all people who will be tested for the vaccine will be officially secured, and in conjunction with that, the vaccine will be tested on direct risk groups of medical workers, stressing that all testing for the vaccine will be voluntary.
