The properties in the south of Mammendorf each have 436 and 408 square meters and are to be sold on the open market. The community is already thinking of a price. The main and finance committee has a square meter price of 950 euros in mind. In addition to the price, there are other criteria that a potential buyer must meet.
For example, the municipality has a right of repurchase if the new owner wants to sell his property within five years. In addition, it should be notarized that the buyer will build on the property within seven years. The new building must meet the standards of a KfW 40 Plus efficiency house.
In addition, the committee decided on a whole catalog of criteria with several plus and minus points in order to separate the wheat from the chaff for the buyers. People with a place of residence or work in Mammendorf receive a few points per year in the municipality. But applicants with children, severely disabled people and people in need of care in the household also have better chances.
On the other hand, it is rated negatively if the potential buyer already has property in the municipality. The municipal council unanimously felt that the proposed resolutions were good.
