Bank Hapoalim CEO Dov Kotler will pay a working visit to the UAE this coming Tuesday. Kotler will head a large and first delegation of bankers and senior businessmen to visit, among others, Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

The members of the delegation, organized by Bank Hapoalim, are expected to meet with heads of the local banking and financial system and other senior economic figures in the country, government officials and senior members of the business sector and the local Chamber of Commerce.

Dov Kotler, CEO of the bank, said: “Bank Hapoalim attaches great importance to establishing close economic relations with the leading banks in the United Arab Emirates. The decision to join the union at the head of a delegation of Israeli businessmen is made against the background of the extensive business potential and the desire of both parties to immediately establish economic ties. "Recent policy developments are a unique opportunity to establish economic relations and cooperation between the countries and their financial systems, which will yield economic growth for both sides."
