In the early hours of today (24), officers from the Police Crime Squad raided Xin Yiu House, Yan Shing Court, Fanling, and arrested 1 man and 1 woman for "possession of firearms and ammunition", "unauthorized import of strategic materials" and "Hidden offensive weapons" etc.

Senior Inspector Leung Cheuk-hee, head of Unit 1 of the New Territories North Crime Squad of the police, said that they had intercepted intelligence earlier, stating that someone had hidden firearms, protective equipment, etc. and arranged to sell them online.

Liang said that after intelligence collection and in-depth investigations, the police raided a unit in Yansheng Court today and recovered 1 pepper ball gun, 1 telescopic stick, 2 sabers about 30 cm in length, 3 air guns, and 1 evasion gun. Bodysuit and 15 gas masks.

Liang Zhuoxi pointed out that the police arrested 1 man and 1 woman in the unit. The arrested man was 23-year-old Lv and the arrested woman was 49-year-old Cai. The two had a mother-child relationship.
