As of October 2, it was known that a Thai traveller was diagnosed and moved to Stanford Mountain View Hotel with two or three other people due to concerns.

Three people living together have been arranged for quarantine, and one is still looking for.

Among the people living with this group, a 35-year-old woman was initially diagnosed. Zhang Zhujun disclosed that the patient had family members in Hong Kong and moved to Hao Li Building for family reasons. She moved to another place on October 2.

Follow up the case and reveal that the patient provided incorrect information or filed a lawsuit

The authorities followed up the case and found that the initially confirmed patient had been to Tsim Sha Tsui and Mong Kok Street along with the previously confirmed case No. 5111. However, Case No. 5111 reported earlier that he had gone shopping with a Thai friend who was newly arrived in Hong Kong. Departed from Hong Kong.

The Centre for Health Protection subsequently confirmed to Case No. 5111 that the previous information was incorrect.

Zhang Zhujun said that he has sought the help of the police and will study whether the case violates Chapter 599D of the law. Legal advice is required and prosecution will be taken if necessary.

There have been several consecutive cases of Thai or Thai people diagnosed in Hong Kong. Zhang Zhujun said that he was worried about the possibility of gatherings of Thais in Hong Kong.
