What does a person need to live?
Sleep, food, sex.
And socializing.
Socializing sounds a little old-fashioned, but it hits the point quite well.
People have the need to be with others, to exchange ideas, to get to know someone, to celebrate.
He doesn't like to eat or drink alone, he probably prefers sex for two than alone with himself. Man is a social being; if he is alone, he withers.
On the one hand.
On the other hand, socializing is the most dangerous thing in the world.
Lockdown hit the country almost exactly seven months ago.
The virus locked us in, livelihoods were destroyed, everything became desolate: the economy, the children, everyday life.
The lockdown was shock therapy.
But pretty successful.
The summer that followed was not without worry.
But because the sociable person needs confidence and is afraid of repetition, he was quite ready to think up numbers and scientific studies.
Especially since Germany had coped with the first wave well.
This is called magical thinking in English - magical thinking.
It won't be that bad.
Maybe it will be over soon.
Maybe the virus is losing its power.
Maybe it was just hysteria.
