Doubts and questions have been rife since the imposition of the wearing of masks at school from the age of 6 by the government on October 29.
These questions concern in particular the procedure to be followed in the event that a student does not wear a mask.
Several parents are also recalcitrant at the idea of hiding their children.

, the Ministry of Education explains that “
the directors can refuse access to the establishment to a pupil who does not wear a mask on the basis of two provisions:

and
article 2 of decree n ° 89-122 of February 24, 1989 relating to school directors ”.

Schools all have a stock of masks.
In fact, a school principal can only prohibit access to the establishment in the event of a deliberate refusal, on the part of the pupil or that of his parents, to wear a mask.
The same provisions apply to middle and high schools.
However, the school doctor's opinion determines the conditions for wearing a mask for students with specific pathologies.
For children with disabilities, they must provide a medical certificate attesting to the contraindication to wearing a mask.
The ministry also indicates that a legal file was sent Thursday, November 5 to rectors so that directors can rely on legal elements in their decisions.
