A man was arrested Friday, November 6 in front of an elementary school in Rosny-sous-Bois in Seine-Saint-Denis.
He was armed with a cutter and made threatening remarks, especially towards children.

The individual was arrested, before entering class, around 8:40 am in front of the elementary school of the center in Rosny-sous-Bois, said a police source, specifying that there were no injuries.

Schools have been the subject of increased surveillance since the assassination of Samuel Paty on October 16, near his college in Conflans-Sainte-Honorine in Yvelines and the resurgence of the terrorist threat in France.
