1. This decision shall apply to all those who participate in elections or serve as members of the Legislative Council in the above circumstances.
3. Anyone who loses his qualifications as a member of the Legislative Council in accordance with the above provisions shall be declared by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government.
